Prof. Noam Adir – Executive Vice President for Research
- Responsible for academic issues related to research at the Technion. This includes coordinating research contracts with funding agencies, developing new collaborative research agreements, research prizes, and ethics in research.
- Serves as CEO of the Technion Research & Development Foundation Ltd. (TRDF), where all funded research is managed within the frame work of the Research Authority.

- Hiring new immigrant scientists.
Prof. Lihi Zelnik-Manor – Executive Vice President for Innovation and Industry Relations and Vice CEO of the Technion R&D Foundation Ltd., responsible for T3 (the commercialization unit), the Israel Institute of Materials Manufacturing Technologies and the Legal Unit.
